If your AD200, AD200Pro. or AD300Pro battery will no longer take a charge, never fear! We can typically reset and recondition it to work like new.
Lithium ion batteries have wonderful qualities, but one weak spot is that they (a) do not react well being fully drained, and (b) do not react well to being stored for long periods while mostly or fully drained. If the voltage in the battery drops too low it can go dormant and will no longer take a normal charge. But there is hope! You can ship it to us and we will reset it to take a charge, trickle charge it, and then fully charge it back to normal operating mode, saving you the cost of purchasing a new battery. :)
To expedite the process, please add this repair to the cart, checkout, and prepay for the service. That way we can do the repair as soon as we are able (please allow up to one week) and ship it out right away. If for some reason we are unable to resuscitate your battery, we can offer you a $10 credit towards the purchase of a new battery, or simply refund your repair cost less a $15 fee for labor and a $8 recycling/disposal fee for the battery. If you wish to have the dead battery shipped back it will just be the cost of shipping plus the $15 fee for the attempted repair. The remainder will be credited back to you.

Battery repairs are warrantied for 6 months.
